-
A Nanny’s role may look a little different in every home, but their top priority is always the same: ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of the children in their care.
-
Part personal assistant, part household manager, part childcare support—a Family Assistant blends seamlessly into your home life, adapting to your needs and filling in the gaps.
-
A House Manager manages the staff, organizes staff schedules, manages budgets and payroll, and oversees home maintenance.
-
A Newborn Care Specialist or Overnight Nanny provides expert, overnight support to families with newborns—helping establish healthy sleep habits, assisting with feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, so parents can rest and recover. Their calming presence offers both practical help and peace of mind during those tender early weeks.
-
A temporary nanny offers short-term childcare support—perfect for families needing coverage during a tour, vacation, a busy season, or while a permanent nanny is away. They bring flexibility, experience, and peace of mind when life gets a little hectic.

Share a few details about your household, and we'll walk you through exactly what it costs to work with us. Your caregiver's wages are always yours to set, separately.
Agency Cost
A quick note before we go further: these fees are ours alone. Your caregiver's wages are calculated separately, and yours to set.
In-depth candidate screening, multiple rounds of interviews, a work agreement, and a dedicated consultant who stays with you from your very first call through the day your caregiver walks in the door, and beyond.
This calculator provides an estimate for planning purposes only. Actual wages, taxes, and placement fees depend on your household's specific needs and will be confirmed during your consultation and outlined in your Agency Agreement.
"Rachel helped us find an amazing nanny for our baby boy. She's wonderful and so good with our son. She is confident, caring and fun, and it's been so nice to have someone we trust looking after him. I don't think we could have found a more perfect fit on our own, and we are so grateful for the agency and all their support."

Common Questions
What's the difference between using an agency and finding a nanny myself?
Searching on your own means posting the job, screening every applicant, and running your own background checks, without a professional standard to measure candidates against. We do the sourcing, screening, and vetting for you, and stand behind every match we make. You're paying for the hours saved and the risk removed, not just an introduction.
How are candidates screened and background checked?
Every candidate we present has been through in-depth screening: identity and Social Security verification, a residential history search, seven years of state and county criminal court records, a nationwide sex offender registry check, and driving history in every state where they've held a license. We speak with each candidate over multiple conversations and contact their references directly before anyone reaches your shortlist.
How long does it take to find the right nanny?
Most searches find the right fit within 4 to 8 weeks, so we recommend starting the process 6 to 12 weeks before you'll need care to begin. Timing can shift with the season and the specifics of your search, so the best way to get a real answer for your household is to talk it through with us.
Is the registration fee refundable?
The $500 registration fee is non-refundable. It's what sets your search in motion, and it's the very first step we take together.
What if the placement doesn't work out?
We build in safeguards from the start, including a trial period and a thorough employment agreement, so mismatches are rare. If the unusual happens and your hire isn't the right fit, you're covered by a search credit policy through the first year of employment, so your family always has the support it needs.
Do You Have Questions?
Every great placement starts with a real conversation. We'd love to hear about your household and help you think it through.
