To begin your personalized nanny search, we require a non-refundable registration fee of $500. Our placement fees are designed to reflect the unique needs of each family and vary based on the role type and employment arrangement. These fees range between 15% and 20% of the employee’s annualized gross earnings.

We recommend you allow at least 4 weeks for a thorough search. While many families we work with find their perfect candidate within the first one or two interviews, this time allowance affords the freedom to interview as many potential people as you wish.
